New To Tutoring
If you are new to tutoring, do check our tutoring guide for new tutors, and also seek advice from other tutors on the tutoring forum. We have all been new tutors at some punt, and if you have a tutoring problem there’s a good chance other tutors have had the same problems and managed to resolve them.

Check Your Emails
Regularly check your emails that you used to registered with, tutees may post messages to you from your tutors profile at anytime.

Post Helpful Tutoring Advice
Do post helpful messages on the tutoring forum, often this may be the first contact with the tutor. So helpful tutoring information will reflect on the tutor directly. Every message that you leave on the tuition forum will have a link to your profile. Each tutoring link will add to the total number of links to your tutoring profile, which will increase your rank on search engines.

Use The Tutoring Forum With Your Student
Do tell the tutee about the tutoring forum, and use it to help with any tutoring questions they may have (especially questions that you may not have been able to answer during the tutoring session).

Hand Out Tutoring Business Cards
Do hand out tutoring business cards. This will allow people to easily pass on information about your tutoring services.

Positive Feed Back
One of the best things that tutees receive during tutoring is positive feed back. A good gift you can give a student is convincing them that they can do their subject, especially when you show them how.
