I have been practicing yoga for over twenty years and teaching for five. As well as the drop in at the Watling Community Centre Tuesday 7pm-8pm I also teach at LA Fitness (members only). I have a small studio in my home for one to one private classes which are perfect for those who are new to yoga and would like to learn the basics before starting a class.
