My name is Laura. I am an Oxford University graduate with teaching experience and enhanced CRB clearance offering private English tuition.
I can help with any aspect of English Language or Literature (GCSE, A level or university level). Particular areas of focus might be:
-coursework
-essay writing skills
-revision skills
-exam technique

I have been a private tutor for over 2 years now. I have in-depth knowledge of the AQA syllabus at GCSE for both Lang and Lit, and am currently teaching Specification A and B for AQA English Literature AS/A2.
My current students range from Year 9 to undergraduate level. With some I am offering long-term tuition; others need help to re-sit or prepare for a particular module (for AS and A2 English Lit).
I am friendly, patient and passionate about my subject. I enjoy working with people and helping them to unlock their potential.
