I have worked for seven years as a personal tutor, with students coming to my home address. I am a qualified secondary school teacher of English. I have also worked in primary schools. I worked as a seminar leader at Liverpool University, taking seminars for first and second year undergraduates. I hold a B.A. (hons.) degree in English - History, an M.A. in Labour History, a P.G.C.E. in secondary English, and I am presently studying for an MPhil in popular music.
