I recently took redundancy from GlaxoSmithKline in Ulverston, where I was a principal scientist, specialising in molecular biology and biotechnology. In the course of my employment I have also worked in chemistry, analytical development and microbiology and have supervised many school and university students. I am a patient and caring person who passionately believes in the value of education. I strongly believe that the key to successful learning is the full understanding of basic principles. I would like to pass on my knowledge and help others achieve success.
