I offer all levels of mathematics tuition up to A level and beyond. I have been a private tutor for the past eighteen months, tutoring pupils from 7 to 18, including a group of home schooled children. I have a PhD in mathematics and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
Mathematics involves a series of large conceptual leaps and associated sticking points. In my tutoring I aim to identify these sticking points and help the student to overcome them working at the students pace and increasing their confidence.
