I have been teaching Maths in schools and colleges for 35 years and I have also worked as a private tutor and examiner. I specialise in preparation for GCSE and AS/A Level but can also give people specialised help in preparing for entry tests to various careers and courses such as the forces, police, nursing. I give lessons in my home to enable me to make use of all the resources I have. Previous students have found me a patient, helpful and approachable. I try to help the student understand why a method works as well as giving them exam preparation.
