I am an extremely experienced tutor, having taught in schools for almost 20 years and as such, I have a comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum, for children aged 5 to 16. I've tutored successfully for a number of years and am good at getting pupils to improve their results and confidence.
Lessons are well-paced, interesting and fun, specifically designed to meet your child's needs!
Pupils come to me to help them pass entrance exams to schools such as St Joseph's College or Newcastle-under-Lyme School; improve their grades at school; improve their reading, writing or mathematics skills in a non threatening environment. Some younger children have come to learn to read, having found it difficult to concentrate at school. As a marker for KS2 exams and GCSE English - I may have a few tips to pass on! Give me a call.
