I am consistently graded as outstanding during lesson observations as a consequence of the diverse range of techniques used to ensure understanding, engagement and challenge, including visual and practical tools. I provide regular and constructive feedback with specific targets to progress the learning.
Furthermore, due to my previous experience in both research and industry, I am able to relate the content of the subjects to real-life scenarios, motivating students to achieve.
