I am a retired teacher of sixteen years. I love to teach writing, and have been very successful in guiding my students. For two consecutive years, my students attained the highest writing grades for the ISAT test. This involves the writing of expository, persuasive, and narrative essays. Creative writing and descriptive essay writing round out the well-balanced curriculum that I taught. In addition to teaching writing, revision skills, vocabulary building, and spelling skills are included. Finally, figurative language skills are taught to enhance the student s writing!
