I am a highly qualified teacher with a Bachelor of Education Honours degree in mathematics and science, a postgraduate certificate in researching mathematics in the curriculum and a Masters Degree in Education. I have six years experience teaching mathematics in a secondary school and seven years experience running a general course for students aged 14-16, who were not in mainstream education, at a F.E. college. I also taught GCSE maths and A level General Studies to sixth formers. To coordinate teaching with looking after my family I am currently self employed offering private tuition to students, usually of secondary age, in maths and science. Tuition is at my home in St Austell.
