Over the years, I have mentored a number of people with different needs and I have always gone that extra bit to ensure that my students success. I ensure that my pupil feels completely at home and tailoring the lessons to their tastes and level. I also make sure that I include regular assessments for the student, to motivate them. With maths or science this may come in the form of little tests. In French, this was a 100 word essay weekend incorporating new grammar and vocabulary learnt in pervious lessons.
