A postgraduate student at the University of York in Film and Literature, I graduated from Oxford University in English Language and Literature in 2007, and have spent the last year working as a residential pastoral member of staff and tutor at an International Boarding school in Kingston-Upon-Thames. I have some experience of tutoring students of A-level and IB standard, in both English and with regard to University applications and personal statements, a pastime which I find both stimulating and incredibly rewarding.
