To edit this text just select it, and start typing (dont forget to delete the text that is already there). Once you are happy with what you have typed, select the save all button
There are buttons on the right hand side to change things like colour ---> or upload an avatar, and you can even upload an attachment (e.g. a C.V.).
Always check your page after saving (your site address is displayed within the editor at the top (Your URL)
